Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number as soon as it ships.

Delivery

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guarantees — carriers occasionally run late.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren’t responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, but contact us right away if you spot a mistake and we’ll try to catch the package before it ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows it’s lost, contact us and we’ll make it right — see our Refund Policy.
