1. Products

We sell cosmetics intended for external use as directed on the packaging. Colors and shades may look slightly different on screen than in person. If you have sensitive skin or allergies, check the ingredient list before use and patch test new products; discontinue use if irritation occurs.

2. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars; the price charged is the price shown when you place your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout — we never store your full card details. We may cancel an order due to stock or pricing errors, in which case you’ll receive a full refund.

3. Shipping

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates. Please double-check your shipping address — we aren’t responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address. If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, contact us and we’ll make it right.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in the same condition you received them. See our Return Policy and Refund Policy for details.

5. Accounts

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You must be 18 or older to place an order.

Everything on this site — text, images, logos, and branding — belongs to Soren Cosmetics and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
